ORDERING

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment information. You will then be directed to the Shopify Pay payment gateway to complete your payment.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

WHERE CAN I GET A PROMOTION CODE?

Be sure to sign up our mailing list at the form below, so you don’t miss out on our future promotions. Also check our Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Sometimes we have different promotions and discounts for each.

SHIPPING

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Cosmonauts does not share any of your information to third parties. Your shipping address may be shared with courier services (DHL, TNT, etc.), only for shipping purposes. Your credit card information is not stored and used only through our secure credit card processor for your payment.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We are shipping internationally. Please note that all international orders are FINAL SALES. No return or exchange is accepted. International customers are responsible for any applicable custom/duty. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost is $10 USD, applies to all countries around the world. However, we will ship it for you for FREE if your purchase order is above $100 USD.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?

All orders will be processed within 1 working day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Don't worry! We only use express delivery. Once we send your items off, delivery will take approximately 4-10 days.

WHAT IF I ORDER ON THE WEEKEND OR ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?

All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday. If your order is placed on a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us when your order has been processed and shipped.

WHAT ARE THE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS?

  • We are not responsible for any loss of merchandise after the courier has delivered the order to the customer’s address.
  • The customer is responsible if the courier is unable to deliver the order in time due to an incomplete address, no recipient at the address, or if the recipient rejects the goods.
  • If the order is returned to Cosmonauts due to a customer error, the customer will have to pay an additional shipping fee so that we can ship the order again.
  • Cosmonauts will be responsible and provide free shipping to the customer if we make any errors in shipping.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty. If your item is faulty, you can process a return by sending an email to admin@cosmonauts.space that includes your full name, order number as it appears on your order confirmation, and the reason why your item is faulty. The item must be unworn and unwashed with its original tags attached.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN?

Cosmonauts will cover the return shipping cost for faulty items.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE OR THE OTHER WAY AROUND?

No. If you buy an item in-store and wish to exchange or return it, you can only do so in-store.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM?

You have 10 days from the date of your transaction to email us requesting a return. We do not accept any returns if you send an email to us past this deadline.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once issued, your refund will normally appear within 1–2 weeks.
